TOTAL MANAGEMENT PROJECT

This is a contractual agreement for Frontiers Consulting to take over the management of your business over an agreed period – minimum of 12 months. Frontiers shall take over the day to day running of your business, sharing regular progress reports and seeing to it that the business delivers healthy profits eventually. A service level agreement is usually drafted and endorsed by all necessary parties.
